Skills

This list is always growing and subject to change!

Network Maintenance & Troubleshooting

Over the years I've built, tweaked, decommissioned and rebuilt several networks with a focus on efficiency, scaleability and ease of use. I believe that when we build something, we should do our best to make sure that when something breaks, it is easy to fix again!

Troubleshooting is an important skill. I know when I don't know something, and I know how to look for answers.

Website Management

I maintain this one! Pretty well, I might add.

That aside, I have a history of maintaining dynamic websites of various scales across multiple platforms like Wordpress, VentraIP, Google Workspaces and more.

Customer Service & Digital Literacy Training

Beginning in 2020 with my ‘AskRegan’ initiative, I’ve dedicated large portions of my career to dismantling the barriers surrounding online connectivity.

From full-scale cybersecurity workshops, to interactive one-on-one sessions, I believe that IT is a ‘people first’ profession & I strive to uphold that as I continue my work to get more people connected to the digital world.

Project Leadership

In my previous work, I’ve displayed the ability to work autonomously and have led various tech-based projects. I’ve taken the lead in all aspects from design and wire-framing, to end-stage implementation.

Office365 & Microsoft Endpoints

Although I enjoy all aspects of IT, I’m most at home within Microsoft & Windows systems. I’ve effectively managed a full fleet of windows machines with the Office365 suite as well as tools such as Active Directory and Azure Cloud environments.
